I'm having a problem removing a phantom superloop, all the TNs have been removed but I still get:
REQ chg
TYPE supl
SUPL x164
SCH5743
SUPL

REQ: prt
TYPE: tnb
TN 164
CDEN
CUST
DATE

DES

SCH0802

Anyone seen this or have a solution? Thanks for any input.

@buddy yes I did try that

REQ chg
TYPE supl
SUPL x n164
SCH2100

probably won't work(?) but I've never had a reason to smoke a phantom loop, so who knows - have tried to x it out of CFN 1 cequ in ld 17 at the SUPL prompt?

@BI I've never removed one either but we added 2 more groups to the switch so we moved our phantom loop out to 252.

I tried that but don't get a SUPL prompt in LD17.

well, the SCH 5743 says
SCH5743
Cannot remove a superloop that is not empty.
Action: Remove all TNs assigned to this superloop first.
Severity: Info

and SCH0802

SCH0802
Specified loop has no valid TN.

so it looks like some sort of corruption or something to me, maybe an INI would clear it up

Thanks,

Buddy

right, right crap I say. have you tried pronting 156 0 in 11 instead of just 156? Maybe even further 156 0 0, 156 0 1,

Since the TN numbering works from left to right printing 164 would encompass everything in the loop. I'll give it a try though.

Yes, I know I need to remove it in LD 97 if you look at the original post you see that is what I tried and the error messages I got.
