Our BCM 400 power supply died. We change the power supply with a PC ATX power supply. After booting the BCM, none of the extension came on. All of the extension cards are up except for the combo card. There are no light on this card. What may be the cause of this problem.
the details of the PBX i do not know. add/moves/changes is what i am really responsible for. However i see where you are comming from with the messages. I will contact a CS1 tech and have him work out this kink.

I do not think that is the case, i have tried a few other ip address however none works.
What I did not add was that extension dialing to different PBX stop working also. I hope that this can shed some light on the issue. Note also that i can ping the PBX from the remote site and locally.

I don't know if i need codes, but this is what i am aming for, my boss wants to be able to call overseas or toll call from any phone on the BCM400. How can i go about setting this up.

Sorry guys, My telco provider did not do the necessary configuration needed, thus when i did the programming it did not work until telco made the configuration at there end.

We have a BCM400, all of the current extension are route or map to DID's. The DID'S are routed thourgh IP's via a direct line of site connection. I cannot see how this was accomplish and would like some assistance. an example of the numbers are ext. 2273 and the DID is 6773245. Thank you.
