    Not able to dial out

I suspect a power cut is the culprit. I still had line presence etc but the circuits in the "box" were behaving strangely and a restart seems to have done the trick. The VMIB still doesn't work but having checked the slot assignment, station access and message selection I had come to the same...

    Not able to dial out

How do I backup the system in order to try powering off/on and which version of PC Admin do I need?

    Not able to dial out

[Trans/Pgm]+72 says "DX66-C.6Ef SEP/06 KOREA" This seems different to the other s/w levels I have seen posted on here - which version do I need?

    Not able to dial out

I'm not certain which it is and no one seems to know, I thinks it's ipldk 100. I need to set up PC Admin - where do I get the software from and which version do I need?

    Not able to dial out

I don't seem to be able to dial out from any station in the office today. We can receive calls and ring internally but when you try to dial a number, all you get is the dial tone. Also, we cannot forward the phones to the VMIB, it denies access. However, this was working yesterday and I double...

    Power Cut, Reset?

Ok, so I have managed to solve everything apart from the fax machine. How do I tell it which line to dial out on, it seems to pick one (of the four) at random when before it would always use line 4?

    Power Cut, Reset?

We had a power cut in the office and the ip ldk 20 system is now changed. The station number range is different and so is the language. Is there a way to go back or is it best to just reset the system and start again?

    VMIBE

When I enter 12 as the station range nothing happens, do I have to press a flex button? If so, which ones are they exactly?

    VMIBE

Thanks for the prompt reply, in PGM 101 slot 07 is labelled as ID: VMIBE2 Devs:4. When I enter 12 as the range in PGM 113 it still prompts me to enter station range. What I also don't understand is which are the flex buttons? The silver ones under the display? It tells me to press flex3 for...

    VMIBE

I have an IP LDK 20 system and have recently fitted a VMIBE board. I would like to use it as an answerphone that calls can be forwarded to. However, I am having trouble allowing stations access to the VMIBE, I go to PGM 113 and it asks for "station range." Is this the number of stations? The...
