I have an IP LDK 20 system and have recently fitted a VMIBE board. I would like to use it as an answerphone that calls can be forwarded to. However, I am having trouble allowing stations access to the VMIBE, I go to PGM 113 and it asks for "station range." Is this the number of stations? The programming manual refers to station range as 10-35? And whatever I press I cannot move it on the the enable stage.

Use the range that you know is used in your system. E.g. 10-12.
Then it should work.

Has your VMIBE been installed softwarewise in PGM101 and 103?

Thanks for the prompt reply, in PGM 101 slot 07 is labelled as ID: VMIBE2 Devs:4. When I enter 12 as the range in PGM 113 it still prompts me to enter station range. What I also don't understand is which are the flex buttons? The silver ones under the display? It tells me to press flex3 for example, which one is that?

When I enter 12 as the station range nothing happens, do I have to press a flex button? If so, which ones are they exactly?

You need to find out what numbers are in use.
If you wish to change data for ext. 12 then enter 12 in the first field and 12 in the second field.
If you use keyset admin use 1212 for the extensions activated.
