These are for digital phones only, I do have call waiting turned on and it is still not working..
we have 7 appearance on the phone, but once you pickup the first it wont ring on the other appearances, light will not blink or do anything..
We have a PRI with multiple channels, we have 6 line appearances being show on the dispatchers phones. They can only see 1 call at a time, the other calls will not ring on the phone they are on or someone else is on. Is there a way to resolve this?? SO EVERY phone call rings these phones??

We recently changed our system to a PRI and after a couple calls it says on ALL external calls coming in this phone number is temp. unavailable please try again then disconnects about 15 mins or so the lines open back up..

I guess the biggest feature we are wanting to get working is the extension to ring in both locations, physical IP phone and avaya mobile application.

We have recently enabled the mobile workers, so we can take advantages of the app on our iPhones/Android devices.
When we open the app we get connected just no VOIP when trying to dial internally. Any suggestions or something we may not have enabled properly??

We are wanting to have just mailbox only account for some of our users. We have 4 phones that 30 users sit out throughout the night, we aren't wanting them to sign in just click voice mail and login, do we need to create them and extension to create the mailbox?? I have it working this way but...
