Multiple Calls Only 1 Ringing

We have a PRI with multiple channels, we have 6 line appearances being show on the dispatchers phones. They can only see 1 call at a time, the other calls will not ring on the phone they are on or someone else is on. Is there a way to resolve this?? SO EVERY phone call rings these phones??

Hope that makes of sense..

Basically we want to be able to receive more than 1 call at a time from external...
 
Call waiting is for analogue phones only, IP and digital phones use the number of appearence keys and the LAST CA setting instead :)

 
These are for digital phones only, I do have call waiting turned on and it is still not working..

we have 7 appearance on the phone, but once you pickup the first it wont ring on the other appearances, light will not blink or do anything..
 
Collective call waiting on in the hunt group?

The phones must have Call Appearance keys and no Line Appearance keys
 
At each telephone, go through the Feature menu to Call Settings, Show Waiting Call, and set it to ON

You might also want to set the Attention Ring to Ring instead of Abbreviated Ring (under User|Telephony|Multi-line Options)
 
Please refer to FAQ940-7663 for all yiou need to know on using Line appearance Keys.

Send incoming calls to a group with queuing enabled.
dispatchers will be presented with each call in turn.


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
 
Call appearences are not associated with a particular line, you are misunderstanding how the system works, it works just fine when configured correctly :)
