Lines when calling in says temporarily unavailable

We recently changed our system to a PRI and after a couple calls it says on ALL external calls coming in this phone number is temp. unavailable please try again then disconnects about 15 mins or so the lines open back up..

any suggestions?!?!
 
SEA should show if the line was out of service
Are you still able to call out when this happens?

sorry auto correct made SEA out of SSA

I guess it is time for the monitor to troubleshoot

start Monitor and clear all options then only enable all ISDN options and let that run until it happens again.

there you will see if there is even anything coming to your system or if it gets stuck before that.

Do you have a "real" PRI or is it one of those converters that make PRI out of a SIP connection or any other connection?

This is a SIP trunk that is being converted to a PRI via an Adtran..
