We have recently enabled the mobile workers, so we can take advantages of the app on our iPhones/Android devices.

When we open the app we get connected just no VOIP when trying to dial internally. Any suggestions or something we may not have enabled properly??

thanks

You will need power users for the VoIP option and some more configuration on the IPOffice, one x portal and your firewall/router.

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I guess the biggest feature we are wanting to get working is the extension to ring in both locations, physical IP phone and avaya mobile application.

How could we accomplish this??

Just install it the way you should install it :)
It works side by side or standalone.

The VOIP mode is only available if you have Release 9.0 I believe. If you are using an older release then it won't work. You can select "Mobile" under "Call me back on..." which will use another PRI trunk to call the cell phone when receiving a call to the desk phone.
