Hi I got it fixed: all you need to do is go to server or back office and copy the file saying new data to the terminal with the problem , for any reason you can't past it in the terminal .then you need to go the terminal itself and delete the data . Then go back to the back office try to past...

I checked debout all the activities happened on November 27.

Only on one terminal gives me error booting up saying "data synchronization failed, please check debout for errors." Can somebody help , first how to check the bebout and how to fix this, thank you
