    We have a user with a android phone than can not open a .wav file from the mitel voice mail. It will work with a Cisco voice mail.

    Sorry for the ignorance but it has been so long since I have logged into this I dont remeber how? Can anyone give me a refresh.     Hoping someone can help. I am pretty sure there is a way in Putty to see if a mailbox has a extended absence greeting enabled. For the life of me I cant remember where it is to check. Anybody ever do this?

    Does anyone no of a option anywhere in the 3300 embedded voice mail to set up a retry if the message does not get to Outlook on the first attempt? We are seeing a few users that all of a sudden there VM to EMail has quit working.

    CIsco to Mitel 5330 using SIP

    has znyone played with connecting Mitel 5330/5340 phones to A Cisco Call Manager. We can get the phone to ring put a call on hold and transfer a call but that is all we can get to work. We would like to be able to have the functionality of all the buttons for speed calls and such.
