Hello can anyone tell me how to change the IP address of a NSU ? I have logged into it with IMAT but can't find anywhere to change it and it has been so long since I configured one I can't remember if you had to be connected directly to it or not.

Have to do it from the serial port on the front. You'll have to take it out of service to reboot it, stop the countdown, and change the boot parameters, much like setting the IP of a 3300 controller (which is the same since both run on VxWorks).

Yes I dug out my tech hand book and found that out. Thanks for the response.

You might be able to do the "bootChange" command like on the 3300 RTC, I'm not sure. Would cut down on the downtime for the NSU at least.

I don't think bootChange works on a NSU

>show boot will at least tell you what it is set to.

If I'm on site, I typically direct connect.
