We have Cisco 7945,7975, and 9971 phones. We are using extension mobility and when someone logs out of the phone their call history is still available on the logged out phone. Does anyone have a solution to stop this from happening. Our IT seciruty just discoverd it and they are demanding we take it off the phone. We are running CUCM version 9.1.2.10000-28
 
In the system parameters for EM there is a clear call log entry. Choose true and apply. I believe it is set to false by default.
