I agree with earlier posts that the call is a new call after being routed so the call variables are lost. You could have the first prompt for language selections then route the call to individual CDN's based on the language selected. These CDN's would all be pointed to the second script. Then...
I am running AACC 6.3 and PBX at 7.5 and have had the following probem come up on several occasions. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so what they did to correct it.
Calls enter a script. They are processed normally until they encounter a WAIT 2 (or any other WAIT XX) at...
I have a VoIP Trunked network. At the hub I have a CS1000 Rel 7.X with NRS and Signalling Servers, all at current levels. At the remote sites I have Option 11's with Signalling Servers. Using H323 on the network. All was working well until we implemented MPLS on our network, along with a VSX...

When I run a d-channel trace I am seeing 1116884300...

Good luck.
We are looking to upgrade our ACD reader boards from the old 3 line dot matrix to some type of flat screen displays. Perhaps integrate data or video from other sources on the same display.
We've looked at Symon. Does anyone know of any other reliable alternatives? We'd like to compare pricing...
