Its been a while ,but on the super console 1000 the up/ down volume buttons control ringing when the console is ringing, if I remember do the also raise and lower handset volume when on a call. Is there some programing also required with that. Thanks Des

Thanks lkEErie . The set seems to work fine ,just every time I open the Maint Console under (Extensions),after it loads up the extension form a small error msg appears. Do you know if there is a difference between using US sets on a Canadian TDA 100.
