KX-TDA 30 Programing 1

Have just been put on Centrex, now we have to dial 9 to get out. Bit of a pain in the B. Can the TDA 30 be programed to auto dial 9 when some one dials a number. Thanks

put lead numbers 1-0 (0 by default in in plan 2)to plan 1 and set Modify Command for plan 1 to 9H

turn on ars.When you dial a number it will add 9 then H tells it to send the digits you dial

yes you will, but my take on the question is he has to dial 9 or pick up a line with a co button to get a line then 9 again to make an external call through the Centrex line.

If I took it up wrong let me know,if you want to make external call without dialing 9 on the system you will have to use hotline.

Hi guys yes to clear that up ,before I was picking a co line and dialing a phone number.Now my co dial tone is centrex dial tone ,I now need to dial out of centrex by dialing 9 .Than I can dial a number. I need the system to dial the 9 automatically for me so I can continue to make calls as before.
I checked the program form again . found under ARS programing a form for(Carrier)programing ,where you can enter (Removed Num.of Digits) and (Modify Command),I believe this is what your talking about. Also under form (Leading Number)there is some changes there to,if I understood your direction.

when turning on ars turn on for any co opperation and you can press for a line as before and dial as normal. when you press a co line it will not light until you dial first digit.

there is not much to do what you want. as said above, just put 0-9 in plan 1 and Modify Command for plan 1 is is 9H it should work with that set only.

How about you cwc3 your listed as a Vendor, I have my own small company,have been in the industry for 30 years,worked on various types of systems ,I know the older panasonic sys. better than the newer stuff .Do you as a vendor sell Panasonic Equipment.

No I am from Ireland and am self employed in the phone business for the last 20 years.
the titles here are misleading as I sell, install, and maintain systems and wash up afterwards, and I know cwc3 is the same

KX-T 308/616/1232/96/336 and have been a Legit panasonic dealer since 98 I have worked for 4 other companies and have worked on every thing you can think of except Nortel.

It hasn't been good here either, 400 people were laid off at the company I was working for about year and 1/2 ago. The economy in the US still sucks , everyone is watching what they spend, doing without if they can. I guess that life.
Hope things improve soon.

We just got snow 2 days ago, first time for us this year, looks like it won't be going anywhere for a while.
