Error Message

I Have a KX-TDA 100 ,I have just installed a new set KX-DT343,I now am getting a error message saying (Property Error).Any one have any ideas.

Just in passing, didn't you need to be at least at 4.0 or something software to make it work?

Thanks lkEErie . The set seems to work fine ,just every time I open the Maint Console under (Extensions),after it loads up the extension form a small error msg appears. Do you know if there is a difference between using US sets on a Canadian TDA 100.

Ok if thats the case why does my Canadian phone work on my US system ( TDA 50G )

Have you had any experience with this prob cwc3. Just looking for answer's .Is there any way around this.

The U.S. TDA-50G is at least version 5.
So the question again. WHAT VERSION TDA-100?

PBX Compatibility for KX-ED range over here is----
KX-TDA15/30/100/200/600 from MPR software file version 5.0
You would have to upgrade the software on the TDA.

Like the kxtca 175/275 dect cordless they will work but with limited functions if the system is not V5

Thanks guys , I know my TDA 100 is not a ver 5 or even ver 4. I'll have to check next time I'm out there.
Does this mean that if the software ver. are up to date the hardware between the 2 pbx's are interchangeable. cards such as
Co and station cards and sets. That is my main concern. I was told when I bought this TDA50G that Canadian parts will work in it. Hope I didn't get Sc@#$%d on it.

Well, Eli, that's the beauty of interchangeable parts. The 50 had parts that worked in the TAW, TA and TD 1232 parts were somewhat compatible, and I gotta believe that phones and other parts are fairly interchangeable.
