    well, I told them to just give the calling party the phone number and release the call for now... and I recommended that they upgrade their phone system to a 20th century system - or possibly a 21st century system if they want to join the rest of society and have some improved functionality...

    Another note: When I try to enable RCF from ext. 10 the system will not allow me to enter #322 in system program. I can enter #32 -but as soon as I hit the second 2 the system beeps back at me... am I missing something?

    Tommy are you there? everything seems to work however - when I try to forward the extension to the personal speed dial 99 I am getting: f11 - Forward: I enter the extension 41 then I hit 9 (for speed dial 99) - as soon as I hit 9 the system closes the prompt???

    BTW, i am looking at page 21 of: http://support.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100065046 and I am guessing the blades on this have 12 extension each. and with a 5 slot carrier that may actually allow for the total number of extension ports available... However I'm sure you knew that already...
