I have tried the F982
put in operator pswd...asks if I want to make changes
then I hit 1...and it asks for another password
tried operator, config, 000...etc.
NO LUCK
Need to re-initialize so I can change the DN length to match a successful change in the BCM from 4 down to 3

In the old Nortel. You could change Admin with F985 and 9, then 73738767793

If an incoming caller presses "0" and no-one answers at the reception, do they have the option of keying in a new extension in order to speak to someone else, and can they get access to the directory if they need to find an extension number? .

thanks everyone for your help, I have just figured out what was wrong, all the calls were forwarded to another ext from reception 221, when i took off that, everyting is working fine....
