I have a test number from AT&T and have the system programmed, which is working fine, except for incoming calls are getting a busy signal. Outbound works great. Any suggestions???
What is the easiest way to install a 100dcd board? My system has all slots full, 3 cabinets. slot 4 has an old 408 analog board, which I can do away with. I recently replaced the analog 408 with the 100dcd board. I had to do a board renumber in order for the system to let me do any programming...
I relocated a R 5.0 ACS. Since the move it will not keep the correct time. I've reset the time several times and have even backed up and restored the system ater correctng the time. It will keep the correct time for a while then it changes.
Is there any fix for this?
I don't have another 6 port as of this time, hoever, I did see light coming through the fiber. I had to put the 2 port back in so as to get the customer back in busness. Once i did that the system was fine. So, even if there is light coming from the 6 port card, could it still be bad?
Yes, I added it at the same time. there was a 2 port card already in the system in slot 2, feeding the first two 0x16's, so I replaced it with a 6 port
