I have a test number from AT&T and have the system programmed, which is working fine, except for incoming calls are getting a busy signal. Outbound works great. Any suggestions???

What digits are being sent by AT&T, do you have a destination for them, what is your Unassigned destination?

The invalid destination is set set to backup extension, however, I'm not utilizing DIDs. AT&T says they're sending 7 digits

Try building an actual route (versus using the invalid extension destination). I had that happen with an ATT Flex. It wouldn't route unless their was an exact route for it to match.
