UPDATE:
So I thought I would update this thread as there is nothing worse then finding exactly what your problem is on a form and then there being no solution posted.
It was nothing to do with the power supplies on the unit as you could run a phone directly from the front of the controller...

Thanks for your help ahead of time. I have been having a problem with my 3300 system. We went and put in a couple of new switches and now the phone system seems to crash roughly every 45 min. Once it is rebooted it comes back up and has no problems. I have looked over the logs...
It was in the wrong format it needs to be A-law or U-law or G.711, 8 khz, 8 Bits, Mono. Really you need to follow everything down to the letter.
So I made an A-Law file with 8khz, and 8 Bit and in Mono. Now it works.
K well now I have changed the file to 8 bit Mono with a sample rate of 8000 Hz but now it says when I try to upload the file.

Figured out the issue the Networked VM server is the correct place to add the information. Under DNS Server just add your domain name so for your email just add @domain.com and then your voicemail will pass back to your email.
