Messages Not entering email because of IP address

So this is what happens. The message from our phone system come from this email account which has an internal IP address as the @... These emails contain a small sound file which is the voicemail message. After installing ST I can no longer get my voicemail through my email. Any idea's how I can allow for these @IP address emails to be delivered?

Try putting a DNS name in the Networked VM Server form. Note the Time Zone offset while you're at it.

The Controller has built in help files that will launch with help for any specific form that is displayed.

Find the form I suggested and select help.

Figured out the issue the Networked VM server is the correct place to add the information. Under DNS Server just add your domain name so for your email just add @domain.com and then your voicemail will pass back to your email.
