Thank you all for your help, I really appreciate it. I have to stop for now and pass on everthing to the next Marine relieving me. I will let them know about this website, it was a great deal of help.
Alright, The Individual Trunk Access was already set up. It was #2, so I tried that, then I put in the trunk number I want to access, then I dialed 9 then 1 then my cell number but it just gives me an error tone. Btu, if I just dial 9 then I wait a moment, then I dial my cell it calls 911...
Alright, on the SC1000 I press Function, then I choose Trk Function and It says Enter Trunk Number. Now only Trk Numbers 251-257 are the only ones with a dial tone. So I just press Trk Number 255, then I press enter, then I press att Access. After thy I wait for a dial tone, once I hear a dial...
SXWizard- I only have to access the trunks when I have to dial out.
For example, if I just want to make an internal call, say from the SC1000 to a POTS phone, I'll just dial the station number which is only 4 digits long. But, if I want to call my cell phone, I have to access a trunk that has a...
Yes I switched the COS and COR to match the console but, still nothing happens.
Also I noticed that the phones I'm trying to dial out of, are in trunk group 1 which are trunk numbers 205-212 and they all give me a busy tone. Now when I use the SC1000, I have to use trunk numbers 251-257 to...
Also I forgot to mention that Trunk Groups 1, 2 and 3 are all say terminal in Hunt Mode. Also the comments say that Trunk Groups 1 and 2 are POTS Lines and Trunk Group 3 says T-1.
SXWizard- yes I have to dial 9 then 1 then the number I want to call and when the call fails, the screen shows the trunk I'm using and it gives me an error tone.
MitelInMyBlood- for your first reply, I checked the Maximum Dialed Digits and they are all unlimited but I don't know how to make sure...
Alright, the only one that I saw that had an interconnect number was the attendant form. It was set to 1 and I did not see anything in the multiline set assignment or the trunk assignment describing an interconnect number. The trunk assignment just list the card type, trunk number, trunk service...
When I check the multiline and the single line set forms I don't see anything describing interconnect nummbers and cannot find a console assignment form. When I go in the multiline set forms, it shows a list:
-mac address assignment
-multiline set assignment
-multiline set group assignment...
No, I went to the routing assignments. When I explained the function keys earlier, it was for the SC1000. I used the SC1000 to call out. When I do this, I have to access one of the trunks and then it shows the COR in the diplay.
Alright, the only number that is assigned in in COR is 1, so I changed the COR on the phone to 2 and it still does not call out. I used the attendant console to call out and I saw that the trunk is set to COR 1, how do I change the COR for the trunks?
Alright when I press the function key, it just show me
F1exit F2funtion F3stn function F4trk function F5
