Hello all, Does anybody know what headsets work with the SV8100? Will the headset require an amplifier or can it just direct connect to the set? Assume a headset button will need to be setup. Any and all help appreciated. Thanks

3.1 is a free upgrade if you can get the files from someone. Pretty easy install with minimal downtime. Just keep a good current backup and you shouldn't need to keep re-recording the greetings.

Don't forget that you also need the PRI Enabler keycode in order to even get the PRI card to work. Silver987 is correct in suggesting you get help on this one. Many problems can arise on a PRI install if done incorrectly including system ID changing on you.

Try deleting your most recent version of Java and make sure you only have the older version installed. Update to the latest patches and then delete the older Java and re-install the latest.

Which BCM are you working on? Log in is different on the 3.7 and 4.0 releases for the 200/400. What type of set are you assigning it to? Do you want it to appear & ring or ring only? Need more facts in order to assist you better.
