Having trouble getting our 6140 sets to receive info. from nurse call system. 6140 sets can make and receive calls fine and the 2245 & 2246 are set up per the instructions. Nurse call system(Dukane) is connected to the 2246 through RS232 serial port. Info. on procomm when connected to RS232 is "Dukane xx.xx.xx" and what looks like a mac address number. Are we missing some settings that need to be made in order for the Dukane to properly communicate with the 2246? Appreciate any help.
