Are you sure that the system is locked down? - If the system was locked down how can a third party connect to the IP Office and make external calls via Phone Manager, One-X or Flare? - If the extensions are dialing out they could be using...
IPOLackey is correct only upper case letters are used on IP Office displays on 46/56xx handsets. The fix that IPOLackey is talking about was included in the 4Q 2012 8.0 & 8.1 Maintenance Release.

This really needs to be looked at by Avaya. If your saying that the calls start to degrade at 11 o'clock but are fine before 11 then this would indicate a potential memory issue.
I would recommend that a service request be opened up ASAP.

This is a known issue that Avaya are currently working. I would recommend that you raise a ticket with Avaya and quote the following bug number: IPOFFICE-33128 so that you can get the fix when it becomes available.

Yes, you can run CCR on two separate servers as long as they have different IP Addresses.
CCR uses the SSI interface to connect to the IP Office - Same rules apply.
