What is the line type set to ? If it's QSIG you'll need a Voice Networking Channel License. This isn't required for PRI and T1.

Hi tlpeter..long time reader, first time poster ! I had a similar issue with Base Cards using 6408s. After a lot troubleshooting realized that only certain sets worked on certain cards. (IP500v2 DS8 & combos) Also noticed in SSA some showed as 9610s instead of 6400s ?!? Ever heard of this...is...

Sorry typo, I meant IMAP, I know they're different. Not sure if this is the case, but you may want to double check that IIS is installed on the server you're running. Our's didn't so I'm gonna play again in a few days. I'll let you know how it went.
