Did you add those users into Unity? It should be pulling the information on the Auto attendant from Unity so there will have to be entered in there.

What version are you running? On version 8 there are additional IPv4 addresses you can add in the SIP Trunk configuration that might accomplish what you are looking for. We have 2 exchange um servers so I have both of those IP's on the one trunk for this. 7.1 does not have this option, at least...

I wish I could help but you may be able to help me if possible. I need to program a SIP trunk and was wondering what the configuration was. Can you help on this?
We are trying to get a CS1000 to communicate with an exchange server for Exchange 2007 UM testing. The CS1000 does not have the proper patches installed at this point to do SIP trunking straight to the exchange server so we are going through a Audio Codes gateway box. While setting up the Auto...
We are looking at using this solution for our UM. Does anyone currently use Exchange 2007 for unified messaging and if so how do you like it. It is either this or the Cisco Unity solution we are looking at.
We are building a new hospital and will be using Cisco Call Manager. We have been tasked to look at a voice mail solution for this site and one that will grow us as a corporation. We have about 10 hospitals. I was wondering if anyone had any input on Cisco Unity versus the Microsoft Exchange...
