adding users to default dial directory.

Hi I am using Cisco Unity Express Version 7.0 call manager express. CME 7.1

I just started managing the system from the previous tech. there is a number that people dial from the outside and when call they get a recording that says to dial by name type persons last name etc...how do I get that recording to add more names. I have a few people who should be added to that recording.

Did you add those users into Unity? It should be pulling the information on the Auto attendant from Unity so there will have to be entered in there.
