    Thanks very much we have now sorted this out by removing the fibre channel hub and this has increased the throughput from 70 to 900, so it must have been an issue with the hub or the other fibre cable thanks again

    Set up on the catalog, if you look at user profiles. There is a tab called database, then on the database transaction, click on the start transaction with isolation level and set this to read uncommitted. This should stop it locking the table when a report is running Hope this helps Thanks Paul

    I am having trouble connecting my Nokia 5110 phone to my windows 2000 service pack 2 machine. When I install the data suite v3.0a it allocates a virtual com port number 4. Even when I choose the port manually for Com 1 it will still not connect to the phone. Any help would be great Thanks Paul
