Proliant 6500 server

We have a Proliant 6500 server, we have started having issues with an event viewer log which states:
The driver detected a controller error on \device\scsi\cpqfcalm1
also shown in computer manager is the disks are at risk, you can right click and reactivate the disk and then this goes back to healthy
Any ideas

Have you looked at the Insight Management Agents on the server to see if they have detected any issues with the HDD's or adapters?

Thanks very much we have now sorted this out by removing the fibre channel hub and this has increased the throughput from 70 to 900, so it must have been an issue with the hub or the other fibre cable
