I figured it out. Main line was coming on DID and not pots. Once configured properly it began to work.

How can i get the AA1 to pick up instead of the General mailbox. Merlin Messaging 2.5 died and replaced with same vm. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The voice mail is a merlin messaging 12 port R2.5. It don't have a mailbox COS setting.

Lets say my main phone is 100. I create a normal mailbox and put it in vm cover group 30. How does that get to the AA??

I swapped out analog trunks for a PRI and now i can't get the main line overflow to AA. The main line is now a DID coming into the system. My inbound and outbound are working fine. Please Help Im running out of ideas.

the old startalk is in need of a power supply. Its almost as big as an 8X24. Its not a flash. Its the one with a hard drive in it. the Part # of the power supply is FC135-40P. I cannot locate it any where.
