VM picking up after 4 rings and going to general mailbox not AA 1.

How can i get the AA1 to pick up instead of the General mailbox.
Merlin Messaging 2.5 died and replaced with same vm. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I figured it out. Main line was coming on DID and not pots. Once configured properly it began to work.
