IPO 8.1.67 sip cordless avaya dect phone will not ring in any hunt group. 1

If i call the cordless directly it will ring. It will not ring in the hunt group that i assign it in. I'm out of ideas. Am i doing something wrong??? Please advise. It has a user and extension # assigned and is working correctly with the exception of the hunt group ringing. The hunt group is set to collective ring. all other phones assigned ring in this group.

Remove the cordless extension from the Hunt Group and save the config.

Then, receive the config again from the IPOffice, add the phone to the hunt group again and save the config.

Now try to call the hunt group and see if the cordless rings.

Please post your results and let me know if this resolves the issue.
Otherwise, I will have you do the same steps as above except after you remove the user from the hunt group I want you to REBOOT the IPffice instead of merge.

Then after the reboot receive the config and add the cordless back into the hunt group and try again.
