I swapped out analog trunks for a PRI and now i can't get the main line overflow to AA. The main line is now a DID coming into the system. My inbound and outbound are working fine. Please Help Im running out of ideas.

So if the main line is a DID pointed to the main phone, you would put the main phone in the voicemail coverage group, and in the voicemail, create a mailbox that steers to the auto attendant, either through Class of Service, or mailbox type.

Lets say my main phone is 100. I create a normal mailbox and put it in vm cover group 30. How does that get to the AA??

You would need to make mailbox 100 an auto attendant mailbox.

The voice mail is a merlin messaging 12 port R2.5. It don't have a mailbox COS setting.

Log into the System Administrator's mailbox. 9 for programming, 2 for extensions.

100# for mailbox 100. *3 to delete it, and 9 to confirm deletion.

Now 100# again, but 3 to assign it to an auto attendant. 1 for AA-1, 9 for "has a phone", and you're done.

100 is in the cover group, it rings X number of times, covers to voicemail, and the auto attendant answers. Yes, 100 loses its personal mailbox, so you have to come up with something else, like a phantom on a Primary Coverage button, or just use the general mailbox.
