I have fixed this issue. The termstr was changed in the system and the POS support for this site had changed all of the terminals except for the one being used by online ordering. I changed this and restarted the iber. Thanks for your help, AlohaSupportTech.

I'm having issue getting iber to run immediately following the completion of the install. I've checked our settings within Aloha and the online order interface--they both look fine. I can't identify a setting with either that might produce this log error. But I agree that something is still missing.

I should clarify that the only time we're in Aloha is to create the employee, terminal etc. We're not installing anything into Aloha.

Other terminals aren using the trans.log just fine, I was trying to say. Thanks for the tip, though. I have also tried replacing the iber.exe from a previous backup but that did not fix the issue.
