I work with Aloha online ordering integration and recently I've been receiving a 'Could not find employee'. Basically I just created an employee in Aloha to handle the online orders and there is no password assigned to this employee. Any thoughts?

It depends on what Online Ordering System you are integrating to. Most need a "make believe" employee and a "make believe" terminal in order to send an order to Aloha. Depending on the online ordering software, there are fields to enter this information. This employee should not be deleted from the Aloha Employee File.

You're exactly right. I created an employee, a terminal, a job code, an order mode, and an item all specific to our integration. The strange thing is, there are two restaurants (with identical settings, versions of aloha etc.) that we work with, and the one site is working just find and the other site is giving this error message. I did notice today that the debout for the online order terminal mentions something about employeeid has to be truncated due to the numempdigits in aloha.ini. But checking on this, the aloha.ini are identical between the two sites.

I have fixed this issue. The termstr was changed in the system and the POS support for this site had changed all of the terminals except for the one being used by online ordering. I changed this and restarted the iber. Thanks for your help, AlohaSupportTech.
