Our 16 port digital board fried the other day. We recived our new board today. Upon plugging the board in and rebooting the ip office, none of the phones are booting up. In manager the software on the board is showing 4.1 (31) when everything else is useing 4.2 (14). Any ideas?

Hi all, one of my customers printed out the incorrect extension in the local paper and it runs for 2 weeks. So the add reads to call in and dial extension 10 when it is suppose to say dial extension 110. Is there anyway to make this work?? Customer calls in and dials 10 to forward that to 110...
