I was able to finally copy it using easeus but found if I went to a 2.5 320 GB it would work but I found a old 160 gb HDD and worked no problems. I have a few kicking aaround so I will be in good shape now. Thanks for the input

Hey All I am down to my last bcm multi image hard drive. I still have about 60 bcm to look after and wanted to clone a few copies of the hard drive as they are getting harder to get. I tried and it didn't work. Anyone have any luck doing it and was there anything special you had to do?

It sounds like you are getting intercom dial tone and when you try to dial out you are dialing starting to dial something that is not in the extension range. Easy test is to try dialing an extension and see if that works and if it does you will just need to dial the pool code for the pool...

OMG I can't belice I was 200 baud out....lol sure can twll I was having a day yesterday. I will have to try buying another multi version drive as this was trying to get some stuff ready if one of our 40 or 50 bcm dies in the middle of the night with a bad hdd.

Is there a way to download the keycodes off of a working bcm for that machine or is the only way to go through krs?

Thanks for all the help. What I wanted to do won't work. I also remembered that the software get associated with teh system base tray so I couldn't use a hdd from another system and just restore the backup on it like I was hoping. Anyone happen to have a copy of the 450 r6 software and patches...

Well don't I feel like a NOOB. There was an old IDE 8oGB hard drive sitting on the top shelf of the BCM not connected to anything and I figure the guy I work with had disconnected when doing other work on the unit. That makes things way easier than....lol. Can you tell I haven't taken one apart...

Is there a particular IDE to SATA converter that should be used or any old one will work?

Just curious if any one has a copy of bcm 450 r6 software. Sent the money on the multi image drive and it was blank when I got it....dam ebay scammers Also can I just use ghost or something like that to copy the image off a working bcm and then just restore my backup?

It has been a real long time since I worked on a Norstar. I have 2 T7406e sets and 1 base station. I registered one set and tested it fine. I registered the second set and it had said no ksu resource or something like that. I made sure they were both on 2 different ports 1 and 3 and then found...

I have tried that already and when I put the SUPV to yes the cs1k cannot access the trunk.

I have an avaya cs1000 with a valcom paging system and a mitel system connected up via qsig to the cs1000. I can dial the access ode and get the paging trunk but cannot dial the zone. This is cross posted to see if any mitel guys had run into this.

The trunk is setup for unr and dtn.

I have a 7.6 cs1k that has a QSIG going to a mitel pbx. From the mitel you can dial the trunk access code of the wat route for the paging trunk but cannot dial the zone. If i dial from the mitel to csk set i hear the dtmf so i am figuring it has to do with trunk to trunk transfer. I am not sure...

Hey All I am trying to import changes to a couple of agent sets to CCT. I deaquired the dn's in CC then made key changes and then took the print out of it. I opened the CCT console and clicked the import cs1000 data. then hit convert and import and it fails? If I take the xml file that it...
