    Hello Gurus, Never mind! I found the problem. It was the User's No Answer Time, which was set to 2 seconds, so after 2 seconds the forwarding was cancelled and the call sent to the user's voicemail. I increased this time significantly and it all works properly now. Thanks, Cesar
