Hello Gurus,
I have a strange situation (Avaya has a lot of those apparently). I have an extension that is set to unconditionally forward to an external landline number where the user has an office. If one calls from external phone (a cell) everything is fine, there is audio whether the user or the landline voicemail answers. When one calls the number directly from an Avaya digital phone, or calls the user's extension and gets forwarded, if the user answers, everything is fine, audio is good, but, if after 6 rings the landline voicemail answers, there is no audio. It is just dead air.
The call remains present in the Call Status and indicates it is connected, but there is no audio at all.
Avaya IPO406v2 3.2(67).
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
