thanks, but i need to get a system wide report. so is there a way to just list all ext on that are multiple phones.
also, i have never seen this before when logging in on hyperterm. looks like i am in the pbx just can get this pdt to go away and login or execute commands.

When I call in the PBX the ext comes up correctly and when I dial 9 in our local country(Israel) it comes up correctly (or blocked ID). not a problem.
The only problem is when we dial 8 (for US outside calls) and then a US number the caller ID the caller gets is 899902-20. That number...
we did do the download and i believe we recently replaced the card.
what if the cause is the incoming message? is there something other than the download and replacing the card we can try.
