When I call in the PBX the ext comes up correctly and when I dial 9 in our local country(Israel) it comes up correctly (or blocked ID). not a problem.

The only problem is when we dial 8 (for US outside calls) and then a US number the caller ID the caller gets is 899902-20. That number represents a trunk number, right?

look at the rcap that your dial 8 rdb is using.. the only reason you usually send 899902-20 would be IF the route is marked internal..

at least you know the lec is sending your clid.. mark the route external, the trac a call to see if you send clid
