OMG! I know how to get into call pilot. I need to change the aa (fact getting into call pilot easy and that is not hung)
I do not now how to change aa I go there there is a dialup button a record button so on but need the rest of the steps

I trying to change the time on my nortel phone system
I go to the system admin on the phone press the buttom right button to time &date
click show change hour click ok then clcik next until I have check the date and time is correct when I releas eit back to the old time

We do not have speed dial for that number and it is a bell cell so it should only come up with number.
however when this user calls it show name and number as the old employee and occuring to bell it program by our phone system.
I would like to know how to change show it show proper name...
