It was the built in pop3 email that is packaged with win2k3. Hopefully we solved the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling IIS. although we have gone with a 3rd party email server....now we just have to decide if we want to use the 3rd party or the one that comes with win2k3

Thanks svanels, I didn't want to program the thing so I will definately look into that. Just really didn't know where to start. The drawings are technical drawings of the content of the reports.But I get the picture, Maybe they could be held in a seperate table by drawing number?

Actually the problem turned out to be that one of my date field's name started with a number. I changed it from 8110Due to EightyoneTenDue and that took care of the problem. I didn't want to do that in the beginning because I had to change all of my other asp pages and the database field...
