I don't need to delete a mailbox. This particular line, a transfer-only extension won't allow a mailbox. I need to delete the transfer-only extension and recreate it under a regular extension. I don't know how to delete the extension and add it back to the proper telephone set.

I am trying to change some buttons on a phone. The user wants the park option instead of last no. called. I pressed Feature *3, hit the button - when it asked me for a feature code, I tried to put in the code 74, but nothing happens. Does this mean that the programming is locked?
I am working on a AT&T Partner Plus system and initially when the sy system was installed, all the extensions except two were set up as transfer-only extensions. Since that time, they now want voicemail on those extensions. How do I switch those extensions to be able to initialize a voice mailbox?

The offices are connected multiple ways. The ones that are having the problem are connected via a T1. It seems to happen overnight, thus making the office managers manually reconnect the router.
