    Found the cause of the problem when the issue appeared on 2nd user's PC. Microsoft .net had done an automated update overnight on the PC's involved. When the I.T. staff rolled the second one back the UCA worked without problems again. Working version of .net was 4.6.1

    Hi, MCD 3300 R8. What am I missing, I cannot get the corporate directory to display on 69XX phones. I have configured the new LDAP form and allocated it in the system options. I do not have a separate LDAP system, I need to use the LDAP-Minet on the 3300. Is there a COS option ?
