Sip extn over Micollab Mobile Client

MCD 3300 r7.2
Micollab 7.2

I am trying to get Micollab Mobile Client working on an Iphone but it is not showing the Extn in the dial options.
SSL cert done and deployed.
The latest app is loaded and Auth code succesfully entered but the phone but is not seeing the Sip phone (extn). Client is working.
I have added the sip device onto the MBG and configured it on the 3300.
What am I missing to link the 2 together ?

No mobile sip phone license is assigned to that user maybe ?

If its not broke tweak it..

I will give you a tip that Caldicot guys suggested when i was having the same problem: go to the 3300 and chage the device type to Generic Sip and try to register a third party sip soft phone (x-light or any). Does it work?

Change it back to UC endpoint.

Have you enabled TLS/TCP on the MBG? Are you using an external MBG that is clustered to the one on MiCollab suite?

Also, in the mobile profile I changed it to use the public IP address and not the FQDN. this was not causing trouble at all but just prefered to use the IP.

You said the client works fine so that confirms your SSL certificate and intermediate one is OK.

Also, if your external MBG is on the DMZ make sure your firewall is port forwarding the correct ports, have a look at the MBG engineering guidelines las chapter and make sure you are forwarding Udp 5060, but i also added tcp and udp 5061

Try the generic sip and give us some feedback

Goog luck, you'll make it to work

does it show as a softphone extension on the Micollab blade

if its MDU do a pabx line sync and then redeploy the client

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Thanks All,
Going back to site later this week, I will give you an update later.

Got it working.
I had set the Sip up on the 3300 as a Generic Sip Device, changed it to UC endpoint and all worked.

Thanks All

Further problems with softphone.
Had it working but now it is not registering. Desk phone on Mob client is working.
The Mob client knows about the softphone as it appears in "My Numbers"

On the Mas logs I can see the following errors as the softphone tries to register.

Dec 7 15:05:51 mas kernel: dmar: DRHD: handling fault status reg 2
Dec 7 15:05:51 mas kernel: dmar: INTR-REMAP: Request device [[00:00.0] fault index 14
