Mas Rel 5.0

I recenently add additional licences on a MAS server which worked fine and the synch time and date showed correctly. I noticed that on the AMC it was still showing a ? and not the green tick in the "licences available"
What am I missing ?, a collegue suggested it was due to the SWA been out of date.

Possibly the mas server has been unable to synch up. Any alarms on the MAS?

There are no alarms, the time and date show the time the synch was attempted and appear successful

Is the MAS in a ULM? If so then the MBG and/or MCD may need a sync too.

Also..

I have seen this before and it's been an AMC issue and nothing to dso with the server.
You could try clearing the Servicelink account (App Record) and then re-syncing.

Its not in a ULM, have checked also the available Collab, MBG and UCA licences and they look correct. What is involved in clearing the service link account, not done that before.

To clear the service link account you need to go under 'Service Link' than 'Status' and click the:
"If you wish to deactivate your ServiceLink account, please click [link here]here[/url]."

If you plan to assign the ARID to another machine you need to clean the MAC address off the ARID in AMC.

You have to have ULM. Every ULM is created off the ARID for the UC solution.
That being said the MiCollab ARID produces and ULM.
