ll forward worked before switch to new carrier and route had to be rebuilt.
Still no joy, Vendor (Time Warner) still telling us they are rejecting these redirect(call forward external) because we are sending out a redirect message, vendor tells me we cant turn off that message and cant change the redirect number to 10 digits.
Any help would be appreciated.
Can anyone tell me if the number of digits in the Redirect message on a PRI can be changed from 4 digits to 10 digits

Yes, 2nd level vendor had to out and rebuild the RDB_data to change the IFC from D100 to ESS5. Could something in that out and new caused the failure in external call forward.

Ok got it, thanks for the responses. Everthing I found was to set up, not siying to dial in and the then connect via the Element manager. I had set up the BCM 400 to call me back after intial connection,but that part didnt work. I have a truck connected right to the modem port set to answer...
I dont think so, I have have spent the last two days between this post, my docs what docs I have for the BCM and Nortel website and nothing goes into onhow to access the BCM remotely, it all just tells you on how to set up the BCM but not how to go about accessing the BCM.
